I support anything rat-related, however, this wound up being a surprisingly addictive game, and it's adorable to boot. I love and stan Ratty from this point on.

Rat Climber is a triumph of indie game design. It strips away the bloat of modern platformers there are no skill trees to unlock, no arbitrary collectibles cluttering the map, and no lengthy tutorials. It just drops you in at the bottom of a massive, beautiful world and asks you to look up. By combining tight controls with a forgiving Beginner mode, it manages to make one of gaming's most punishing genres accessible…

with the recent patch that makes it easier to climb the initial map as well a notorious bug where you stuck in the vase (which happened to me literally a day before the patch went live) the developer shows his passion for this game. the passage isnt super obvious which is a positive because it lets you sometimes just stop and look and think through where the game wants you to go. HOWEVER my biggest issue is no save…
