Astral Shift lines up another banger for yuri/90s anime fans. After Little Goody Two Shoes I was so ready for another game from them, and this time an actual game instead of a interactive visual novel. there are a lot of general problems: no invincibility frames after getting hit + hits stagger you means double punishment which doesnt fit the game enemy aoe attacks aren't visible enough and get hidden by decorations enemies in general are way too fast, the second map is pretty much gated behind getting enough meta speed upgrades to make it playable enemies' death animations take too long, either speed them up…
