This game feels like it should be a roguelite but it's definitely not. It's a VN where you play a whacky version of solitaire to find your way through a 90s videogame dungeon and to fight enemies in solitaire duels with magic jokers. Has a pretty linear / expected upgrade path for you. Great ambiance, very early 90s PC game.

It's f***ing solitaire. In reality, though, this game surpassed my expectations within, genuinely, my first 30 seconds. Nothing but respect for the developers providing such an indepth content warning- not only without spoiling anything, but with a guide of what was avoidable vs. inevitable in the game. I love horror, I've played more than my fair share of solitaire- and the gameplay is addicting. Definitely worth…

temu inscryption the sound, music, and visuals all absolutely rock. basically everything rocks except: the actual gameplay, the FMV elements, and the embarrassing dialog and VO performances. one wonders how a cursed card game protected for generations by a lovecraftian apocalypse cult would be so insipid
