Bought this yesterday and have been playing non-stop. It's a relaxing dice-roller once you get the hang of it. There are some tactics and decision making but really it's RNG gambling so it's fun. The art style/aesthetic is instantly one of my favorites. The whole design of the interface and the rooms, cut scenes, and enemies is very good and what got me interested in trying the demo. Oh boy. Where to start. Let's start with what the game is on paper. So, The Fortress. It's a rougelike taking obvious inspiration from classic dark fantasy. You pick a class (Warrior, Wizard, Thief), and then you try to make your way to a Lich so you can kill him and free the land from evil. Pretty simple premise.
