The localization leaves a lot to be desired. The work scheduling and resource trading are straightforward enough, but the hiring/promotion/salary negotiation mechanics are very hard to parse thanks to obtuse tutorial explanations and subpar english translation. All that being said, it's still a fun game to wile away days turning kaiju into marketable materials, just accept that you're gonna have to trial and error…

This game bugged out and wouldn't let me progress because it kept insisting I purchase an upgrade but it wouldn't show which upgrade it was. I couldn't click on anything other than the upgrade but the upgrade it wanted wasn't easily navigable after 10 minutes of being stuck on the same screen that I couldn't get away from.
