About the game

Cosmo Tales is third-person roguelite space combat game where you pilot a talking car against endless Glitchbot hordes. Swap between three dimensions mid-fight to trade speed for shields, stack upgrades into absurd builds, and die a lot on the way to the giant boss.

For those who wonder how big is the Early Access version - it has three levels that you can complete in about 30 minutes each. You can replay them to find some stuff, but the levels, objectives etc. are the same. EA page should provide those kind of information. The game is really pretty and has fun music. Story-wise I couldn't force myself to listen to the 4th wall breaking from the very beginning - I found it…

About 50fps on a laptop with a 4060m and there aren't too many options to better this. Game itself is fun though! Rogue-lite shooting, controls work well enough, atmosphere is light and fun. Music is great! Anyhow would wait until better optimised.

I think the makings of a great little game are here! I like the art style, the music, the gameplay might need a bit of tweaking but it's quite fun and I enjoyed what I've played so far, definitely going to be keeping up with it! Bought this as a handheld game, so not attaching my specs here as I've not played it on my PC. But played this on the Steam Deck OLED first and on very low settings and it was reasonable…
