About the game

Owl Lights is a first-person psychological horror game. You play as 16 year old Paul, who lives in a small town. Your parents are away, leaving you to spend the night alone or so you think. There is something in the wind that night, something unpleasantly quiet.

The story felt very disjointed and incoherent. The dream-like state the main character experienced was really bizarre in terms of how the story unfolded. Overall, the game was a mess.

The game is short, but has really great atmosphere, and several good scares. The story is dream-like, with events contradicting earlier information but somehow still making a strange sort of sense. There is not much in the way of replayability, but I would recommend the game for five dollars. There is a section of the game that recreates the Black Lodge from Twin Peaks as well, which was fun.
