Zolg is one of those tiny indie games that keeps things extremely simple, but still manages to be surprisingly fun for a few hours. It’s a minimalist top-down shooter focused on exploration, fighting enemies, collecting upgrades, and defeating bosses. It's very bare bones but it's a fun little shooter. This is another one of the ones where if you just play the game and don't worry about achievements it would be a fun little game. The achievements aren't too bad and they reward your mastery of the game which is fun. I'm glad to be done with it and I don't think i'll ever play it again but i mostly had a good time with it, there's something really satisfying about…

Not recommended
The game is kinda boring, lacking depth or real engagement. The graphics and mechanics will convince you that this is someone's first videogame from their highschool computer science project. Soundtrack is also meh. I've heard better / worse only $0.99 though.
