This game is very well made. The creators come across as gamers that understand the experience of gaming. It's a 2d fighting game for fans of classic fantasy with an excellent roguelite system of building your character for each play-through with tons of abilities and classes. The new endless mode introduces a whole new system to experience the game.

Balance could be much better, at least for players who aren't naturally very good at perfectly timed blocks/dodges. Characters that can dodge frequently and/or stay at range are much more forgiving. Another pain point is that the game really wants you to go for coherent builds, but you have very limited opportunities to influence the RNG.
