I was lucky to be a part of the beta test group and had the opportunity to see the game evolve and improve over time. The base mechanics are simple and easy to learn, but allow for a very deep and diverse gameplay. It also has huge replayability and the battles are relatively short, so you can jump into the game at any point, complete a mission in a couple of minutes, and continue at another time. Panzer Deck is a clever, top-down isometric deck builder that feels unique. However, it lacks enough depth for me to feel like it has significant replayability, and the tactical skill one may attempt to command during the game feels limited. It's not a bad game, but it's not a good one, either.
