About the game

BEL/S is an Elemental Firewall: a fire elemental bound with C++ code to protect a network of people and places. She can learn things, develop relationships, and even gain sapience. Or she can burn everything with fire. It's up to you.

Plenty of options to explore, so replays are quite worthwhile. The achievements are great for prompting you to pick other options when you get stuck in a bit of a rut. Interesting concept and execution. I do wish it was longer, but for the price I can't complain. Will definitely get the Jingle Bel/s DLC to add to the experience.

I love this game. I've played through it entirely twice. Took two evenings. It is full of emotion, and is very good at making you feel it. I only have one gripe, but it's a big one in my book. There are some red words that open links to websites (that no ones ever heard of - we're not talking wikipedia here). As far as I'm concerend, that is breaking the cardinal rule of software.
