I saw that game first time on expo a year ago with the name Volts and Bolts. A game from one developer. With multiplayer, AI, lots of guns, maps. He quit his job to make the indie game. It's a bit simple but tons of fun with friends and a great way to kill time solo. There are a lot of sweet weapons and upgrades plus four different styles of vehicles. The cartoon-ish graphics are great and it's chaotic nature provides a lot of randomness to the fun. There is online play but not a ton of people playing sadly. Great score for the price!

I think this game has the potential to be really fun. The only problem that I have is that the lack of real balance seems to be a big problem. You have these battles where anyone can spawn on another player, eventually leading to these battles that can go nowhere simply because both sides spawn in constantly.
