Nice puzzle game with great atmosphere and a story. If you like games like the room you might like this. Pros: *Atmosphere *Gfx *Acting/Voice acting *Story is decent but not overly complex Cons: *Short/Price Despite the short playtime i dont regret buying the game. Hope the dev brings more remakes/new puzzle games. All in all (for what it is) 8/10

Definitely worth it, it is a worthy remake. Atmosphere is great, and the house is beautifully rendered. Puzzles were a bit easy overall (compared to the original). But I enjoyed it. My only gripe is that once completed there is no open house mode like in the original. I did breeze through it however.

Clearly a lot of love went into this, and while I prefer the harder to figure out puzzles of the original, the problem of the new ones isn't their difficulty - the game largely fails because of a combination of questionable control schemes and having to move in (insufficiently lighted) 3d space while doing some of the puzzles. Some outright don't work right, some are a fiddly chore to deal with. Even the hint system…
