I've sunk 100s of hours into this game, both the Steam version and GOG (because I like sandboxing modded versions). I can tell you this - its different. For example, a lot of its difficulty (and this seems intentional by the devs), is actually built into its UI/UX. Case in point - you have gauges for health, stamina, and mana, but no numeric indicators on them. For a game where maximizing efficiency is key, you…

Played for 432 hours in split screen with my GF and we had a blast. The game is very unforgiving and not for anyone who is impatient. The combat is souls-like, the inventory management is great, and the amount of content in the game is absurd. This is a must play for anyone looking to do a couch co-op game with a parter and there is nothing else like it currently.
