As a lover of crafting/survival games, I surprisingly had a lot of fun with this one. There are the bones of a really great game here. Maps are random procgen (seeded) and there are four very unique characters to choose from so there's a decent amount of replayability and the core gameplay loop of collect resources - make food - build base is surpsisingly addictive. This is one of those games where the yes/no recommend largely depends on what you like. For me it's a no, but it could very well be something for you. First of all, I really wanted to like the game. It feels pretty well done, polished, it looks nice and plays nice. It feels fairly intuitive, it doesn't take a lot of research to figure out how to play.
