I enjoyed my time with it. The Devs seemed to have fixed a lot of the problems previous reviews complained about. The history and story were refreshing. Trade and building were made simple and the game played smooth once you got use to the UI. There could have been more complexity in commodities and township, but over all it wasn't bad, though not as addicting as Patrician3.

If you're looking for a relaxing trade game, keep looking. My first clue should have been all the tutorials and that they bribe you to suffer through them. By the time I was ready to play, I couldn't remember half of what they showed me. The mechanics of this game are unnecessarily convoluted and it tries to pack in too much content. I got so frustrated by the tutorials that I gave up. I just wanted to trade stuff…
