Sadly, VoidTrain has great potential, but the developers have not capitalized on it at all. Gameplay loop The gameplay is fun at first. Gather resources, throw that grappling hook to catch stuff, shoot mines, engage with other trains etc.. but it becomes repetitive really quickly. When you have everything you need already, the main gameplay of going to outposts becomes your only goal, and you just skip everything…
