Turn based post apocalyptic rpg that set the pace for all others in genre with one of the original fallout designers (pre-Bethesda). Dark humor, dark moral choices, great skill choices and play.

i had a great time. the director's cut is worse than the original though. after playing through both, i've experienced more bugs in the director's cut. while some extra voice lines and graphical updates are nice, they really messed up the menu system, and why does every vendor have infinite scrap? its the apocalypse but every merchant has an endless supply of currency? silly.

It's pretty fun but it drives me fucking insane that practically every quest resolution boils down to "do this thing, something bad happens. Try to prevent it, something bad happens. Try to go for a third, outside option, something unforseen and fucking bad happens." Wow. Life sucks and everything works out like shit. So deep, huh?
