Lorn’s Lure is one of my personal favorite games of the last years. I love exploring and I have a huge fascination with uncompressible large Superstructures and a good mystery and how things came to be and this game hits a Bulls Eye with all of these. This game is not what it appears to be. It LOOKS like you are dropped into a massive megastructure to explore. In reality, it is agonizingly linear. The game has specific checkpoints you are supposed to navigate to, and there's only ever one way to get there. The "climb anything" mechanic is actually "climb only flat concrete walls, and only where we want you to." I have never been quite so disillusioned by a game.
