“DO NOT GET THE DELUXE EDITION NOR THE DIGITAL PREMIUM EDITION!! “ If you only care about the story, just get the base game along with the expansion pass DLC ( wait for discount on that one ), that way it is more worth it for your wallet.

This game actually changed my life. Before i played it i never understood why people could be so atached to games, but now i can truly understand it, it's a masterpiece in more ways than one, the music is magnificent, some of the best i've ever seen, the gameplay loops feels JUST perfect, the turn-based combat paralelled into the daily life to get to know SL's, and the story is what makes the persona series so great…

So heads up, P3R is EXTREMELY BORING for the first FORTY HOURS of the game! I swear it gets better after that, but you have to hang in there! Yes, the characters are all flat one-dimensional anime tropes, especially compared to P4 and P5. And yes, the only actual dungeon in the game is Tartarus and there's no fun mechanics like in P5. And don't buy the DLC, it's just a cash grab.
