Fable Anniversary is one of those games that reminds me why I fell in love with RPGs in the first place. It absolutely shows its age in places. The combat can be clunky, the AI can be braindead, some systems are hilariously easy to exploit, and Albion is much smaller than I remembered it being as a kid. They ruined Fable by changing the autumn forests to generic green. This move completely destroyed the special and iconic setting and atmosphere of Fable. It's one of the biggest crimes against gaming humanity. I can't imagine what could've possessed them to do such a stupid, obviously-wrong thing. Play Fable: The Lost Chapters instead of Anniversary to get the real experience.
