I will admit, I didn't play this game for long before deciding to refund it. However, if your movement at its most basic, fundamental level drives me up the wall, then piling more things on top of that, however much it may MASK that problem, still doesn't fix the fact that the main mechanic, boiled down to its base, drives me up the wall. Really awesome game! It's kinda like a mix of a metriodvania and a skill-based platformer (like Celeste of Super Meat Boy). If you are a fan of metriodvanias or platformers I 100% recommend! The controls feel super fluid and satisfying (the videos don't do it justice), and the world is super open and fun to explore.
