I decided to try this game because I enjoy medical simulation. I am an attending emergency physician. Clearly, the developer put a lot of effort into this game; there is even a textbook you can read at the beginning so the non-medical layperson can learn how to treat the patients. However, the medical realism falls short. On the first mission I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the patient at first because…
