I had a lot of fun with this game. You play as a female detective who has been dubbed "Miss Holmes" as a tribute to her investigative skills. Sherlock Holmes (and Moriarty, of course) are actual people living in Victorian London and its environs - the story opens with a newspaper article on the disappearance and possible death of the two arch-rivals. A few too many "correctly shapes amulets", but the graphic quality is the right mix of artistic that looks good, but doesn't make the HOGs unnecessarily difficult. Story and characters is better than most, and has several unique puzzles. Also, the collectible being bobble-heads is pretty fun. Good length bonus chapter, as HOGs go.

i hate-play this game with a passion i would like to play WITHOUT a cutscene stopping me every 10 seconds finished a puzzle? cutscene open a location?
