Cool aesthetics, sound design and music. Clever level layouts and game play. But for the life of me, I cannot understand why the developer neglected to add a simple Pause feature in the game. You simply cannot pause the game at any time. For that reason, I cannot recommend the game at this point in time.

I have no idea why the sidescrolling sc-fi shoot 'em up REMOTE LIFE at this point of writing has a 90% positve rating besides the fact that the game game looks gorgeous because gameplay wise this is at max average and that would propably also be too generous in my view. The gameplay is slow and stale and the levels are far too condensed to really make it an enjoyable shoot 'em up experience. The player will have to…
