So I managed to beat the first boss and am enjoying the game so far. Pros: Graphics are nice, especially the VFX. Controls feel tight. Superhot-like mechanics work well in the overall gameplay flow. Low price. Cons: Music gets repetitive very fast. Game feels very short. Guess that I'll manage to beat it under 2-3 hours.

I'm not charmed by this game, nor am I compelled by the lackluster gameplay. I'm not sure if this is the case, but it FEELS like it was dashed together without a lot of care being put into crafting mechanically-rich gameplay. You just sit there in "time slowdown" mode, then pick off the enemies as they face-rush you. After you beat 99% of a map, you have to traverse the entire thing again to find the one or two foes…
