Gleamlight is a simple, short (even after getting the true ending) action platformer with gorgeous art, somber music, an atmospherically sad (and relatively vague) story, interesting meta elements to it, and a true ending that was very well appreciated by myself. Even though the trailer looked a bit blant I thought to myself "Why not" and gave this game a fair shot. The game style is similar to Hollow Knight but here stops the comparison. With boring level design, a lot of enemy spam and a battle system which encourage face-tanking there isnt much to see in this game.
