Iron Brigade is an memorable tower defense game that has great customization and overall presentation. The story and dialogue is fun with charm and doesn't take itself too seriously, and the campaign is of medium length. This game hits different since my brother, nephew, and I played together back in the day. Its still pretty fun and cheesy. The gameplay gets pretty hard as you progress so playing with friends is recommended. I've noticed there is some gameplay mechanics that need balancing maybe in a remaster one day.
