Very fun, very underrated. Opponent AI is very good, they race like actual people who make mistakes but also are aware of the position of other cars on the track and don't try to drive as though nobody else exists. Which should be the standard for racing game AI but sadly isn't. The game leans heavily into the arcade side of simcade, cars are very easy to control and even with all the assists off you won't be losing…

Other racers can blow tires, rip wheels off, blow engines, and completely wreck in front of you giving the race a level of unpredictability that absolutely NONE of the other racing games offer. The rain collects, pools, and flows, obscuring your vision. Causing you to have to learn what it means when a professional driver tells you "learn to look past it".
