Keylocker is a unique game. It has an extremely well done artstyle, really fun combat, and a shocking amount of romance, but what it has more than anything else, is a lot of care and passion put into it. This doesn't stop it from being willing to be silly, but it also means that it has a lot of genuine care, attention to detail, a well done class system, and is extremely queer. For as good as it looks and sounds, Keylocker is actually pretty boring. It has some good ideas like the classes, skill tree replacing generic level ups, and positional combat, but all of it is only good on paper. In execution, you're doing the same stuff over and over with little enemy variety in the most empty rooms I've ever seen.
