Fun game but oh boy can it be frustrating. I'm used to metroidvanias locking areas behind new skills, this is the first time where a game went "ah, but you see, you have to UPGRADE your original whip skill and that will IMPROVE your hacking skill (which isn't apparent) and that slightly increased reach is all you needed to solve this puzzle". I spent ages running around the map looking for a new skill that wasn't…

This doesn't seem like it's going to be an exceptional metroidvania but as you get a few abilities, you really start to enjoy the traversal and the exploration. Combat isn't especially difficult, but traversal and puzzles and the like are pretty great. I really didn't want it to end.
