Edit: So my review below was helped tons by the devs, thank you devs! You can read their reply but my issue was around being zoomed in - if you are zoomed out in top down mode the character behaves normally on controller (I have confirmed it too!) So far the game is pretty fun, but the wonky control scheme is really distracting on a controller (please fix!). The character drives like a car, up on the left stick…

While it’s still just an Early Access game it is already worth your time at least to try it.
