Played this game when I was about 10 years old, my dad bought it and ever since i watched him play I wanted to join in on the fun. This game was made with real craft. No dumb subscription to play, or DLC to buy. I wish they would make a re-mastered version of this game. 10/10

The City and it's missions make beautiful environment setpieces that are nice to get lost in, which is reason enough for a recommendation from me. However, the game is let down by gameplay inferior to previous installments: inaccurate collision and movement, bland AI, underutilised equipment. Non-functional on a Windows 10 computer. I guess the system requirements listed at the bottom of the store page stating Windows 2000 or Windows XP really does mean you require 1 of those OS's.
