Why does this game have essentially every issue that tank shooter games have ever had? Unpredictable shooting, sloppy driving, inconsistent sound design, obnoxious invisible walls, basic AI, overlapping voice acting... Genuinely, it feels like this game is supposed to be great but just chooses not to be. I don't know how else to say it. Pretty standard for a tank shooter game I guess.

If I saw this game on some small indie game platform, I might give it a positive review. But on Steam, I can't help comparing it to other games at the same price. I'd say it's worth picking up at "at least 75% off", but I would never recommend it at full price. The game is kind of fun, but the overall quality simply doesn't match the price.
