This game is tedious, repetitive, severely lacking in polish in a variety of areas, and is very hard to recommend. The game suffers from the same reverse difficulty loop of its predecessor where the challenge becomes a joke halfway through. The crafting's satisfying but I can't imagine forcing myself to go through it without the Ether Synthesis DLC, and the Quartet re-release apparently not including it is a fucking…

The characters are super cute, and the combat is eye candy. However Gust tried to drag the game out too long, the story and the gameplay was not interesting enough, so the game feels very repetitive.
