Devastator is, as it will proudly shimmer at you on nearly every menu screen, a hard-core arcade twin-stick shooter. Radiangames does know their twin-sticks, and if they make something I pay attention to it, but this one took a bit of time to gel. I recommend approaching it warily and when you can set aside some time to sit down and properly attend to it. They have clearly tried to set the bar high and intense, and…
