One of the better city builders that I've played. There is room for improvement (mainly with play-balance as the colony begins to grow rapidly) but it is really well-done and both enjoyable and relaxing.

If you stripped every drop of complexity, choice, and charm out of a colony simulator, you would end up with the painfully empty void that is Colonize. It is almost impressive how a game can offer so aggressively little to do, presenting a pathetic trickle of content that makes the most basic mobile games look like grand strategy masterpieces.
