Stunning simulator. You are given absolute driving freedom, which I've only experienced in the GTA series. I definitely reccomend a steering wheel and pedals in order to enjoy this game. Not recommended
I can't recommend this game in it's current state. 0.39 turned the game into a laggy mess. It feels awful to play now. Even at 70+ fps it isn't smooth. This is supposed to be a game, not a lab simulation requiring a server rack to do the physics calcs. I also think it's super tone deaf to push an update that doubles requirements (or more) when hardware is in this give me your first born for a GPU situation.
