6.5/10 The main appeal of the game is certainly the original idea. As a fan of the Kaiju genre, a game that mixes giant monsters with the idea of a cute dating sim is certainly amazing. Interesting idea for a dating sim. The art , characters and music are cute and cozy. However gameplay and story wise, Kaichu is too simple and gets very repetitive very fast. The characters have pretty much the same route aside from some art and dialogue changes.
