Really fun mish-mash of many different metroidvanias. Mixed reviews scared me but i really enjoy the game and the exploration feels like that of Hollow knight, but with a map and fast travel baisically always at your disposal. kinda hard to get lost, really easy to discover new places. Gameplay loop is a little repetitive but isn't too bad, and yeah, i dunno, this ain't a bad buy

I'm kind of shocked by how unfinished this game feels, especially given that I started it over a year after it launched. It feels like a high end Flash game, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's so underbaked. Enemy attacks don't even appear to have hurtboxes so you can just stand there and smack away with your sword and nothing will touch you unless their attack animation happens to bring you into contact…
