No wonder this changed games back then The way its narrative structure blends with the places you visit and the environment in general is nothing short of perfect, the story is too. Played this 10 years back and dropped it after a few hours, but decided to replay because I think I wasn't being fair with the criticism I had back then. I was right, this is an incredible game, even to this day it plays phenomenally with no mods needed or tweaks

They had the opportunity to remaster the drug addict eve hypo injection out of the game after the first animation and didn't. Dying to enemy fire while being trapped in QTEs or whatever has not aged well at all. Makes the game seem far worse than I remember it.
