TORMENTUM is a dark Point & Click adventure game. The dreamlike, nightmarish atmosphere of the game was inspired by works of painters H.R. Giger and Zdzislaw Beksinski. The game's final look and feel was also strongly influenced by the universes of games such as Demon's Souls or Dark Seed.

I really liked this game. I was looking for a game similar to Dark Seed from the 90s. While similar in nature, the walking does not take long at all by comparison and the objects you need are usually highlighted. The artwork is fantastic. I would recommend to buy it on a discount though: it's more an interactive piece of art than an horror game. I really liked the art, and the general tone of the game and story. That being said, the puzzles and point & click are rather simple and linear: if you are experienced with his kind of games, Tormentum will be too easy and maybe even unsatisfying.
