Never really played many Shoot'em Ups but this was a good bit of fun. The characters were enjoyable to play with their different stories and the ship customisation was neato. The game doesn't let you slap every weapon available to make you death incarnate on so there is a balancing act that goes on depending on what kind of style you want to go for regarding weapons. A bit on the too easy side for me. I think the main reason I'm returning the game is because there's no difficulty slider. Endless mode the enemies did seem to get a little harder after about 30 minutes in, and I did enjoy a bit of the roguelike aspect of that part. Weapon customization in this year in a shooter game is very rare also. I do give the developers some credit for making a game similar to Tyrian 2000…
