Single-player deckbuilder in the tradition of Ascension with a random center row of buyable cards and fightable monsters. Twist: You're also fighting a boss! Solid mechanics and room for synergies and clever plays. Made for controller (originally a PICO-8 game), which makes it a great fit for the Steam Deck too!

A nice, short deckbuilder which plays alot like a singleplayer Ascension, but with a focus on damage. There's a series of different bosses to fight (which mostly functions as a timer but they often throw additional spanners in your works) that are all, atleast interesting. I like the shakeup halfway through that changes the starting deck as well with a nice sendoff on the new final boss. It has an appealing artstyle…

The Pico version was honestly better. The strategy is not very deep nor rewarding.
