I *lightly* recommend this one. Pros: +The music is awesome. +Being able to pull off the harder levels feels fantastic. +Game mechanics are relatively fresh throughout the levels. +Bosses are fun. +Pays good homage to older NES games that got ported from Japan. The graphical style is neat and original, reminiscent of some DOS games (I know it's going for NES style, but it kind of falls short in that avenue). The concept is not bad, it's obviously a parody/homage of Ninja Gaiden and there's nothing wrong with that. And it's tough being a developer, and you can't please everyone.
