I'd argue that this game is actually for everyone, despite what it may seem. To enjoy it, you do need to understand how to "play it". It's not a game where you actually do a lot. The first pitfall is that you can remove mushrooms by clicking them a lot, which isn't what you want to do for a really long time. I recommend to just let them grow and click each one maybe once to see if something funny happens. Also…

this game sucks but the mushrooms are kawaii so im not gonna rate it down or refund it but tbh i wouldn't recommend it unless you wanna use it as a screensaver or something. some suggestions: have write ups/summaries/info about all of the mushrooms you can get different colours for mushrooms mushroom hats put more depth into "Each one has a unique personality."
