I'd love to think there'll be some QOL patches for this, but it's pretty rough in the current state. Art and level design are nice. Hitboxes (colliders) on the arrows (which are a major centerpiece to levels) are just totally unhinged. You can take a (death) hit from one from like 6-8 pixels away. If it wasn't doing precision platforming stuff, or gave you some grace hits, that might be okay, but it's just silly to…

Cat Warrior is always fair and fun, with brisk levels full of fun platforming challenges. My favorite part is the mostly optional switches: when you flip them, it spawns more turrets or enemies to make the level just a bit harder. The presentation is adorable between the cool pixel graphics and nice chiptunes. A bit short, I finished it and got all achievements in under an hour, but what’s here is worth every penny.
