I can be very picky when it comes to games, but Monster Train 2 is a clear winner! The game improves on the prior installment in the series with lots more content and is in my opinion is the best in the genre. The only negative I can find is that the expanded depth of its gameplay comes at the cost of a little more complexity making the onboarding slightly harder for new players - so if you haven't played the first…

I was madly in love with the first Monster Train and was so excited when this entered early access so I could try out the new things. It's everything I hoped for and more. I love the new clans and cards and all of the combos to try. The replayability is through the roof and I'm still playing it. No spoilers here but there was a surprise waiting for me I wasn't expecting and it blew my mind. If you like card battlers…

Meh.. I would like to recommend because it's mostly fun, but.. Feels like most of the runs die because RNG gives you worst combination of cards, artifacts and so on. And enemies usually have just right stuff to basically run over your style your going with. Either have something with Cleave or every friendly should have Multistrike. Yeah, yeah.. git gud. First game worked better for me.
