Man, this game has been so cool. I got a buddy to play with so I haven't experienced running into other players yet but it's been a frickin blast. Don't let the look of combat fool you, this shiz gets intense quick. Exploring off the beaten path is not just recommended but required to meet your potential. Im sure once I figure out the deeper mechanics of blocking, some things will get easier but I don't expect it…

I really wanted to like this game. The whole vibe of it is really great and there are some interesting concepts in the game, but it is held back by a lot of different things. First of all, the game is really janky. The combo system relies on you striking in a specific pattern, but the game does a bad job of noticing what strike you did, so the whole thing is very frustrating.
