Yes, but with a caveat. I absolutely love these games and wish they'd make more of them. The combat is like Xcom, but with less "You miss on a 99% chance to hit" bs. And more focus on the individual rather than the overall goal. You make your own character, you experience a story and an adventure, with a ton of awesome custom content. A CRPG Classic that helped pave the way for games like BG3 and Rogue Trader. It's also set in my favorite cyberpunk (plus magic) universe! So if you love CRPGs and/or Cyberpunk, then this is a must have experience.

Not recommended
If you like game-breaking bugs which leave you unable to finish the storyline, then go right ahead. Great setting, and a lush soundtrack, but a lot of dialogue in a small typeface that's hard on the eyes. Less combat than I'd've liked, this comes off as a glorified visual novel in some ways. It's a Paradox Interactive game, so if you're avoiding giving them your money these days, be aware of that.
